Gillian Erasmus, our founding director, is an attorney, notary and conveyancer. She has worked in South Africa and abroad, in large corporate law firms and in small, family-run businesses.
Based on a desire to provide her clients with her undivided attention and focus, she established Gillian Erasmus Attorneys Inc. With a background in corporate commercial litigation, the firm provides conveyancing and notarial services.
The focus of the firm is on professional, accurate advice that is available when you need it. Our conveyancers and notaries provide flexible hours and we have a strong focus on using technology to benefit you.

Rebone Phetla is a Candidate Legal Practitioner at Gillian Erasmus Attorneys, holding an LLB degree from the University of Cape Town.
Originally from Burgersfort, Limpopo, Rebone completed her secondary education in White River, Mpumalanga, before relocating to the Western Cape to pursue her law degree at UCT.
During her time at university, Rebone focused on honing her editorial skills while seeking innovative solutions to social justice issues and matters of public interest. Her dedication to these causes has shaped her approach to the law, blending creativity with a strong commitment to justice.
