We offer an inclusive package of your ante-nuptial contract and marriage / civil union registration.
- The arrangements for the marriage / civil union and the ANC can be discussed with our marriage officer and notary via Zoom or in person before your selected date.
- The physical signing of the ANC and marriage register are done simultaneously in our intimate and beautiful offices, situated conveniently in Observatory, Cape Town.
- Your witnesses should come with you, but we are able to provide witnesses if you do not have your own.
- You will be served a complimentary bottle of MCC (or non-alcoholic bubbly, if you prefer) to toast the occasion.
- We welcome your photographer if you want to capture the occasion on film.
- Any other requests can be discussed with the marriage officer, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
Our all-inclusive fee of R6,000 will take care of everything – the consultation, drafting, preparing the contract, signing of the marriage register and registration with home affairs, registration at the Deeds Office, and delivery of the original contract to your door.
